A Morning with Radar Farms!



This year is the first year that I've actually taken fitness & health seriously. So in the morning something I like to eat/drink in the mornings are smoothies. So here's a quick & super easy recipe to try out! 



All you need is ...

1. 1 1/2 cup Radar Farms Fresh Sunrise
2. 1 cup Orange juice
3. 3 tlbs Chia seeds 
4. 1 tlbs Flax powder
5. 1/2 cup Extra strawberries
6. Ice (I like mine extra cold/frozen)

Toss all of that in your blender & you've got a smoothie ready to go! Enjoy!
